Delta Hotel Refurbishment Phase 1 and 2

Bird Construction has completed renovation upgrades to the Delta Hotel in Fredericton. The project consisted of a multi-phase approach in which Bird renovated all the public spaces and kitchen. The public areas included all the ballrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant, fitness centre, pool area and main lobby.

Some of the challenges included an aggressive schedule while maintaining the hotel open and operational throughout the entire project. Careful planning and scheduling were fundamental parts of the project success. Ongoing communication with the hotel staff and strategic sequencing of the work ensured minimal disruption to the hotel staff and guest.

Bird’s high level of professionalism and strong communication skills ensured the successful completion of the project.
