Edgemont Retirement Residence

While the Edgemont Retirement Residence remained occupied during renovations, the utmost consideration had to be given to the health and safety of the residents. The Bird team performed work including repainting, installing wall coverings and replacing flooring, fixtures, handrails and millwork that were all completed to refresh the outdated residence. Bird also refurbished the common rooms, hallways, reception area, dining room and public washrooms. This project was completed ahead of schedule and below the client’s original budget.
