GoodLife Fitness Centre

The team implemented and executed careful coordination of construction activities to avoid disruption to the tenants located directly below during the GoodLife Fitness Centre conversion. However, during construction the team encountered a problem upon removal of the first level ceiling - it was discovered that it was impossible to access the structural steel connections to complete the reinforcement because of existing duct work.
