Loch Lomond Villa High-rise Apartments

Bird’s work within High Rise #1, a six-storey complex with 97 apartments, included demolition and a new layout reconfigured to accommodate one-bedroom units on several of the floors. The team replaced exterior windows, upgraded all mechanical and electrical systems and created a special wing to house a new common kitchen facility for the tenants. The work within High Rise #2, an eight-storey complex with 136 apartments, included an entire retrofit of the exterior siding, glass windows and ceilings that had experienced water damage.
