Osgoode Hall Law School

The law school building is approximately 215,000 square feet, of which 192,000 square feet were slated for renovation. Bird’s scope of work within the five-storey building included updating mechanical and electrical systems, complete remediation of asbestos and the addition of two elevators. The redesigned and repurposed space allows for more flexible classroom space and the reconfiguration of the library increases student access.
