Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre

The Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre involved a major renovation to change the existing banquet area to a conference centre; expansion and renovation of the front entrance/guest service area; and a complete renovation of the lounge and restaurant. The project had to be constructed in phases in order to maintain the full operation of the hotel and minimize the disruption to the hotel guests and customers.

Demolition included the existing banquet, kitchen and front lobby areas. The existing banquet facilities were expanded to become a first class conference centre. The front lobby was expanded with a complete new entrance, additional office space and an enhanced customer service area. New finishes were also incorporated into the lounge, restaurant and cafe to upgrade the facilities.
