Sisters of Charity of Immaculate Conception Residence

A new three-storey residence addition to the existing residence and nursing home, the Sisters of Charity project is a steel frame structure with masonry cladding and metal composite panels. Prior to construction, Bird demolished the former residence with a special request made by the owners - to preserve the residential treasures including ceiling medallions, doors and the fireplace mantel. Through careful coordination, the team successfully transferred and incorporated original pieces into the new residence.
