Surrey Memorial Hospital is one of thirteen hospitals in Fraser Health. Fraser Health services more than 1.5 million people in an area that stretches from Burnaby to Boston Bar. The hospital’s south tower project includes the construction of the Children’s Health Centre, a 17,930-square-metre two-level building with an underground parkade, as well as an addition and renovations to the existing emergency and diagnostic imaging departments.
The new addition includes operating theatres, surgical inpatient facilities, intensive care, special care nursery, family birthing centre, adolescent psychiatry, and pediatrics.
