Bird is actively engaging local trades where possible while also mobilizing skilled personnel and technical specialists from southern&nbsp;centres, coordinating travel, accommodations, and rotations to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;productivity and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 3,540 m\u00b2 building is connected to an existing facility by enclosed pedestrian bridges and integrates modern structural, mechanical, and electrical systems with durable finishes suited to northern conditions. Bird\u2019s scope includes deep piling, structural steel, a high\u2011performance building envelope, interior finishes, and comprehensive building systems. The project demonstrates Bird\u2019s ability to deliver complex, resilient infrastructure in remote northern environments through disciplined planning, logistics management, and
