Quatre b\u00e2timents accueilleront 240 unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles, deux espaces commerciaux et un bureau de location. Les unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles comprendront des appartements de une \u00e0 cinq chambres \u00e0 coucher dans les tours, et des unit\u00e9s de deux \u00e9tages au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. Le projet comprendra \u00e9galement des travaux d'infrastructure, tels que l'am\u00e9lioration des routes, des intersections, des sanitaires, de l'eau, des modifications et des am\u00e9liorations des services souterrains.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la phase de pr\u00e9-construction, Bird Stuart Olson a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier les aspects de durabilit\u00e9 dont le projet pourrait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier. Plusieurs probl\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9s au cours de la construction du projet pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent en ce qui concerne la conception, la construction et les modifications apport\u00e9es par le client. Ces probl\u00e8mes \u00e9taient dus au fait que les besoins de l'utilisateur final (l'\u00e9quipe d'exploitation et les locataires) n'\u00e9taient pas parfaitement compris. Il en est r\u00e9sult\u00e9 un \u00e9cart d'environ 4,5% par rapport au contrat. L'\u00e9quipe s'est r\u00e9unie apr\u00e8s le projet pour s'assurer que le probl\u00e8me ne serait pas report\u00e9 sur le projet actuel, plus important et plus complexe. Tous les enseignements tir\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la table, ce qui a permis \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe de travailler de mani\u00e8re plus \u00e9troite, plus collaborative et plus coh\u00e9rente.
