\u00e9ch\u00e9ancier, Bird a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent \u00e0 partir du pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une approche utilisant des panneaux m\u00e9talliques isol\u00e9s et des panneaux de toiture \u00e0 joint debout, ce qui permettrait en fin de compte d'achever le projet dans les d\u00e9lais impartis, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences du propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux comprennent : fondations en b\u00e9ton coul\u00e9 sur place, excavation et remblayage, charpente m\u00e9tallique, bardage m\u00e9tallique et panneaux de toiture, m\u00e9taux divers, dalle sur terre-plein, plancher d'acc\u00e8s sur\u00e9lev\u00e9, mise \u00e0 la terre du m\u00e9tal, syst\u00e8mes CVC, \u00e9lectriques et d'alarme incendie, fourniture et installation d'un appareillage de commutation isol\u00e9 au gaz, et remise en \u00e9tat du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
