Bird is responsible for full-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), including site characterization, engineering work packages, and remediation. Delivered through a construction-led, assembly-line approach, each site is restored to its original or improved condition.
Partnering with GHD Engineering, Bird integrates engineering and construction teams into a unified delivery group. This model enables production of 25+ design packages monthly and the ability to complete over 100 sites annually. Advanced work packaging, resource leveling, and proactive planning reduce rework, accelerate timelines, and minimize costs.
Bird’s collaborative approach has resulted in higher throughput, enhanced safety, and strong schedule performance - with 80 design packages completed in 3.5 months and 39 sites remediated in just 7 months. These outcomes reflect Bird’s ability to deliver complex EPC programs with precision, accountability, and operational excellence, while maintaining a scalable, efficient delivery model that supports long-term program success.
