As the facility continued operations throughout construction, Bird adapted all of its processes to meet the Canadian Food and Beverage Inspection Standards. The owner-supplied equipment was sourced from international vendors and required CSA approval. To accommodate the equipment approval and installation, as well as the ongoing operations, the Project Team hosted regular meetings with the operations team to minimize impact to operations and to stay on schedule. A dedicated Project Coordinator was assigned to the team to coordinate the equipment with the building utilities and design.

Bird has been made aware of fraudulent vendor contracts targeting prospective and current suppliers. Please exercise caution and verify your contact before sharing payment information or accepting credit applications.
