745 Thurlow Office Tower is a 400,000-square-foot, 25-story office tower located in downtown Vancouver. It features a 6-story underground parkade and 3 floors of commercial/retail space, all designed to achieve LEED®registered Gold certification.
Canem was responsible for supplying and installing a range of complete and fully integrated systems, including Medium Voltage Distribution and Switchgear, Emergency Generator and Power Distribution, Motor Starters, Panels and Controls, Fire Alarm, and all Exterior and Interior Lighting and Control.
