Burnaby Transit Centre Garage Construction

The Burnaby Transit Centre Garage project included the addition of a new parking bay for buses to be steam washed. The parking bay ties into the existing structure and included demolition and the construction of a new sub-structure and superstructure, and roofing. The scope of work also involved seismic upgrades to the concrete masonry unit, civil works, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical services and generator.
