A beige brick building with a flat roof and a covered entrance supported by two square columns. There is a white door and a window next to it. A small patch of green grass is visible in the foreground.

The project was divided into two phases. The first phase permitted consolidation of the operations of the unit, which reduced the land and building area occupied by ASU London by facilitating the relocation of the military units previously housed at the Highbury Complex. Phase two involved the renovation of Building 50, which is home to DCC ASU London and 31 Canadian Brigade group headquarters.
