SkyTrain Operations and Maintenance Centre

The SkyTrain Operations and Maintenance Centre is equipped with various maintenance systems such as compressed air, a vacuum system, a grease system, a wheel press, and overhead cranes. The project also included the construction of a two-storey materials and equipment stores centre, along with the infilling of an existing interior open area to an additional electric shop. A large component of the project was the construction and tie-in of a new rail and rail spur line. The building is a structural steel project on concrete foundations and included the use of composite floors and an exterior finish of metal cladding.
