Tsawwassen Quay Market is situated at the BC Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal. Located at the entry point for travelers heading to and from the Lower Mainland to Victoria, Nanaimo and the Southern Gulf Islands.

To provide a seamless and expedited check-in experience for WestJet passengers, the Airport Authority reconfigured the Domestic Terminal Building (DTB) to provide more service options and space. Stuart Olson was contracted to renovate a new check-in and baggage area.
Stuart Olson’s work on this project consisted of the installation of a customized elevator, requiring the removal of an existing elevator, and the demolition of the existing structure, including slabs, elevator, shaft and mechanical room walls.
The new facility provides maintenance, repair, and additional storage for the local rail transit system's (GO Transit) planned service expansion.
The SkyTrain Operations and Maintenance Centre includes offices, storage facilities, a maintenance shop and the SkyTrain vehicle run.
