The high performance window glazing and cladding improves heat insulation and reduces the need for artificial lighting. The building features bird-friendly glass on the first three floors, and attached covered parking.

It contains smart building technology, which has the ability to monitor weather conditions, occupancy & daylight hours to automatically adjust mechanical systems to improve tenant comfort & reduce tenants’ energy costs.

It is built, managed and maintained to BOMA BEST green building certification standards, and it is anticipated to have 30% higher energy efficiency over comparable buildings in the market. In addition, the building aims to have the lowest greenhouse emissions in the market and uses a 100% fresh air ventilation system.
