The high performance window glazing and cladding improves heat insulation and reduces the need for artificial lighting. It contains smart building technology, which has the ability to monitor weather conditions, occupancy & daylight hours to automatically adjust mechanical systems to improve tenant comfort & reduce tenants’ energy costs. 

It is built, managed and maintained to BOMA BEST green building certification standards, and it is anticipated to have 30% higher energy efficiency over comparable buildings in the market. In addition, the building aims to have the lowest greenhouse emissions in the market and uses a 100% fresh air ventilation system.
