Alamos Gold Young Davidson Mine Gold Concentrator Process Plant

The Gold Concentrator Process Plant Project consisted of various mechanical, structural, piping, electrical and instrumentation scopes. Mechanical work required heavy rigging, installation, final alignments and grouting of process mechanical equipment such as the mill, conveyors and feeders, cyclones, float cells, thickener tanks, vessels, and pump.

The team was responsible for the erection of internal structural steel stairs, platforms and hand railing, including assess platforms around various process equipment, as well as the installation of instrumentation devices and cabling including the verifications checks and testing.

Electrical work included electrical equipment installation, distribution systems, protections, controls, building services, transformers, and lighting systems, including the pre-commissioning and testing of electrical systems. The piping scope required fabrication and installation of process and utility piping, including installations included rubber lined piping, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
