The Golder North Office Fit Out included a geotechnical lab, a warehouse, and an office space for 80 staff. Scope of work was pre-construction services, construction management services during construction, FF&E fit up coordination, warehouse racking coordination, AV/IT coordination and construction close-out support for the North Office Project.
The scope of work included the renovation and fit-up of the new light industrial empty shell floor space to house office spaces, meeting rooms, amenity area, server room, specialty testing room, “clean” room, “dirty” room, concrete room, bio-physical room, archeology room, and warehouse. The designed space included a reception/lounge area, a series of open office areas at the front of the space and some enclosed offices and meeting rooms. Common areas included meeting rooms, phone rooms, amenity (lunch) areas and hoteling stations. FF&E fit-up, except for the owner’s unique testing equipment, was required of the project to prepare a ready environment upon move in for the owner.
Implementing a meticulous indoor air quality, dust/humidity control were key for ensuing a successful delivery of this renovation project.
