Working closely with the client group and architect on the project from schematic design through design development, we provided valuable feedback on a variety of parameters including cost, quality, time, and constructability. This ensured that when the project was tendered, costing received from the trade community was in alignment with our pretender estimates, and there was a smooth transition to construction budget acceptance and eventual conversation to a lump sum contract. We worked in lockstep with SAHURI throughout this process to help the integrated team explore various options, and understand their implications and feasibility within the budget that had been approved via referendum.
