The Lougheed Building in Calgary was built in 1911 and is a heritage-designated building. Currently vacant, the building is being revitalized for future office and retail space. Stuart Olson is performing both pre-construction and construction services for work including a new elevator accessing all floors (including the roof-top mezzanine), a new bicycle elevator connecting the lobby with a bicycle storage space below grade, upgrades to the lobby and roof-top space (including outdoor green roof) and new accessible, gender-neutral washrooms.
