As the second tenant improvement project within the new True North Square, Scotia Bank required the development of one and a half floors the South Tower. The space consisted of offices, common areas, and a lunchroom with high end finishes. Bird worked with the owner and consultants to revise mechanical equipment and wall height requirements to successfully accelerate the project completion date.
