With the successful completion of multiple Zellers stores across Manitoba and Alberta, Bird understands the importance of compressed schedules and specific requirements that accompany projects in the urban market. Bird has completed numerous big box store fit-ups, conversions and renovations. Our scope of work included mall entrances, pharmacies, offices, retail areas and fitting rooms, first aid rooms, janitor and staff rooms, electrical rooms, handicap lifts for staff and patrons, and washroom facilities. Also, we have completed new additions for the Zellers diner, which included seating and kitchen equipment. Exterior work included new wall finishes consisting of brick veneer and acrylic stucco.
