The three-storey office building is constructed to house office space, training rooms, kitchenettes, libraries and storage facilities. The interior of the building features living walls and water displays in the atrium that bring the outdoors in - creating a fresh and open space. The exterior finishes are accented by an atrium roof structure that is carried by 14-metre-high architectural glulam columns and beams.
Situated next to the office building is the vehicle maintenance facility that stores and services the waste management service vehicles. The maintenance building is a single-storey structure with two mezzanines. The mechanical design contains in-slab heating and installed on the roof are 160 solar panels.
