This 80,000 square foot four-storey seniors lodge located in Calgary includes 135 individual units housed in two wings. The centre core enclosed by glazing walls on each end includes common areas with dining facilities and an atrium.

The design provides a warm and open feeling to the lodge by maximizing the use of natural light. This design also incorporated the future needs of the facility by preparing this structure for the addition of two more wings in order to increase capacity by another 135 units.
