Bird was involved in the pre-construction process for this building. In addition, the team was asked to pay special attention to the mechanical systems to accommodate a fully-equipped welding and fabrication shop with state-of-the-art air exchange, welding, and crane technology to facilitate the requirements of this training facility.
The floors were completed in a polished concrete, providing this facility a ‘showcase’ appearance.
