Stuart Olson completed the interior renovations for Canadian Tire’s Corporate Office in Calgary. The work facilitated the relocation of approximately 1,100 employees to new office space located over four floors. Working with the client, property management company (Epic Investment Services) and the consultant, Stuart Olson successfully delivered the renovation work and phased occupancy of this project (initial occupancy began mid-December, with new occupants moved in every three weeks there after).

The scope of work for this renovation  project included:
• construction of a new lobby reception area
• security conduit, troughs and power requirements
• power and data cabling for general purposes (as required) and boardroom facilities
• commercial cleaning of all carpets and furniture
• patch and repair walls, as required
