Bird’s long-term relationship with Urban Design Group Architects and their client, Value Property Group, led to our involvement in pre-construction and the award of a contract to complete the Newton Centre. Bird’s involvement throughout the design process and collaboration with the owner and architect resulted in all dates and lease obligations being met or completed ahead of schedule.

The project design incorporated an underground parkade to meet municipal parking requirements. The construction of the retail component is structural steel frame with steel stud infill and EFIS rain screen envelope.
