In spite of a winter start, numerous design changes, and experiencing one of the wettest June months on record, the owner took occupancy of the facility approximately one month ahead of schedule.

The building is constructed of masonry bearing walls and precast concrete hollow core slabs on pile foundations. The building exterior is insulated acrylic stucco (EIFS) to match the adjacent casino.

The project also includes a 45 meter long enclosed link structure (complete with coat check station and provision for two commercial retail unit outlets) connecting the new hotel and the existing casino.
