With a demanding completion schedule as a result of site delays prior to the team arriving on site, the scope of work was successfully completed for the client through diligent and safe work. The scope for the project was vast, including mechanical, piping, electrical, civil and structural works.
Mechanical work consisted of all mechanical process equipment and HVAC equipment in the diamond processing mill. The installations involved the rigging, installation, precision millwrighting, grouting and pre-commissioning of various types of equipment.
Our piping and electrical scope included the fabrication, welding, installation and testing of process and utility piping, installation of various sizes and types of piping, as well as electrical equipment.
The reinforcement, forming and concrete placement of housekeeping pads and slabs made up the civil scope. Notable structural work included the erection of miscellaneous structural steel platforms and walkways within the process plant and primary crusher.
