Working under a Construction Management delivery method, Bird’s team created an inclusive and collaborative team environment between the owner, architects, and construction manager, which allowed the project to be completed on budget and without the use of RFI’s.

The additional renovation was on a tight timeline but would double the hall’s capacity, so Bird implemented fast track delivery methods, completing the renovation in six weeks.
