Servicing the residents of the Saint John West area, the Fairville Boulevard Plaza houses retailers include Staples, Dollarama, Sobeys and Bulk Barn. Bird completed the two buildings that comprise the development and tenant fit-up for Dollarama and Staples including parking lots and landscaping.
Near completion of the project, Plazacorp requested that Bird complete the time sensitive demolition of a 60,000 square foot existing building. Utilizing eight excavators, Bird managed the tight schedule, successfully completing this project on schedule by employing evening and weekend shifts.
