The Four Seasons Hotel phase comprises of a 373 room luxury hotel built under a construction management contract. The 30 storey, 453,000 square foot building includes classic, residential guest rooms and feature 66 suites with lofty 40 foot ceilings, wood-panelled walls and a floor to ceiling sandstone fireplace. Other features include two commercial kitchens and private dining for eight.
The Four Seasons Hotel was one of the many phases of the Pacific Centre development that Bird participated in with each phase being completed under separate contracts.
