Bird Construction’s range of services, resources and skills service a variety of different building types including the premium casual dining experience. Joey’s Restaurant on Broadway is located in the heart of South Granville.

This modern, high profile project highlighted Bird’s ability to work to a fixed schedule within a tight downtown site. The scope of the project included the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new two-storey restaurant with surface parking. The building has a reinforced concrete foundation and structural steel and wood frame.
