The Alberta government commissioned the renovation and refurbishing of the auditoria in time for their grand re-opening at Alberta’s Centennial celebrations.

Each project involved major mechanical and electrical upgrades and significant modernization. Substantial safety procedures were required for the demolition and dismantling the existing ceilings and catwalk systems in the towering main hall, and the substantial asbestos removal. The theatres were completely renovated including the sound system, lighting, catwalks, ceilings, theatre rigging, orchestra pit, seating and decor.
