This 191-unit, six-storey, multi-family apartment building is located in the rapidly growing and desirable southwest region of Edmonton. The woodframe building contains 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites. The scope of work included surface parking plus an underground parkade, as well as site landscaping.
Bird applied its considerable construction management experience from the outset, identifying significant savings for the client during the preconstruction processes that could be reinvested in the project. Bird worked closely with the private developer throughout the lifecycle of the project to achieve a target value budget. The owner is pleased with the management of this project, which was delivered on schedule and on budget.
