Bird Construction collaborated with Leon’s Furniture to mitigate interference to their daily business, maintained a tight work schedule and completed the work in five phases, successfully containing the construction to hoarded areas.
As an end result, Leon’s was presented with a modern 90,000 square foot interior featuring tile walkways, contemporary lighting and a sloped glass roof allowing daylight to illuminate the centre of the showroom.
