The Maple Leaf Self Storage projects are the first of their kind in Calgary. Built by Bird for repeat client, Larco Investments, these two projects showcase Bird’s innovative design solutions and bring a new style of self storage to the city.
Bird was requested to provide low cost, quick turnover design options for these facilities. After working with various subtrades and Larco’s design team, Bird was able to recommend insulated metal panels and spandrel glass. This value engineered solution delivered an elegant, easy to erect building within budget.
