This Maple leaf Self Storage Facility, one of six built by Bird Construction, provides six levels of climate-controlled storage, three over-sized elevators, extra-wide corridors and five loading bays. Bird also provided a fully enclosed loading area and large staging area for movers.

Tilt-up concrete panels, up to 75 feet high, were used to construct the six-storey facility. The exterior of the building is a combination of glazing, metal and EIFS exterior wall cladding. Pre-construction services allowed Bird to contribute its construction expertise as a full member of the project team and facilitate the most efficient and effective construction solutions. With a clear view of the budget and timeline for the project, Bird successfully completed the facility.
