The renovations included extensive plasterwork repair and historically accurate restoration including the signature dome ceiling and decorative mouldings. The project also included the demolition of an adjacent building, to facilitate a new three-storey building to house the kitchen and rooftop patio for the restaurant. The team also converted the multi-level flat seating in the existing theatre into tiered seating, allowing each level will have an unobstructed view of the stage.
