The Milestone Corporate Centre is a four-storey office building with almost three-metre high ceilings, three elevators, and a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system providing individualized comfort zones throughout the facility. The building has a steel structure with hollow-core floor slabs, curtainwall, and exterior cladding.

Construction began at the start of winter with poor soil conditions threatening to hamper construction progress. Bird worked with Milestone to mitigate this challenge by sourcing inexpensive fill. Bird incorporated various owner-requested changes, including leasehold work, without significantly impacting the schedule.
