Morgan Crossing includes seven retail buildings and two parkades totalling 800 stalls. In order to mimic a walkable European town design, the concrete buildings included over 10 different types and combinations of exterior finishes including siding, brick, stone, and stucco.

During construction, Bird coordinated schedules and worked alongside other project designers, engineers, architects, and contractors that were also commissioned to complete the development. Bird demonstrated its teamwork abilities while working with multiple parties while maintaining a disciplined approach to safety to ensure separate work schedules were conducted safely, especially as it related to shared power sources.
