The Automall includes a 150 foot high pylon sign, gateway signage and a 65 foot tall mast lighting scheme. Bird Construction provided pre-construction services prior to entering into fixed price agreement. The project includes many different construction systems such as piled footings, structural steel, an Exterior Insulation and Finishing System , curtainwall and composite panel systems.
