Bird was contracted to refurbish, commission, and reactivate three clarifiers at Winnipeg's North End Water Pollution Control Centre. The scope of work included the installation and commissioning of vendor-supplied clarifier mechanisms.
Construction was completed sequentially throughout the fall and winter months to ensure that the systems were installed and ready for use for peak sewer water flows that occur in the spring and early summer months.
