As a new development, this 19,400 square foot facility required a full range of site work in addition to the building construction. The construction of this four unit retail structure was faced with substantial challenges due to the weather. Plagued by record rainfall at various times throughout the five month construction period, maintaining the short schedule was an ever present concern.

Bolstered by its strong relationship with subcontractors and widespread experience with schedule coordination, Bird was able to complete the project on time, despite the need for site dewatering, re-excavation, and product replacement due to the heavy rains.
