The Joint Use Mutual Partnership (JUMP) was a consortium led by Concert Infrastructure, Bird-Wright Joint Venture, and Johnson Controls, in partnership with SaskBuilds. The team was dedicated to working with the province to deliver the 18 schools on nine sites in Saskatchewan.

Six new joint-use schools were built in Saskatoon in the Evergreen, Hampton Village, Rosewood, and Stonebridge neighbourhoods, as well as the communities of Martensville and Warman. Together with three new joint-use schools in Regina, this represented the largest new schools project in Saskatchewan’s history.

The new schools accommodate 11,100 students from pre-kindergarten to Grade 8 — 3,300 in Regina, 5,700 in Saskatoon, and 2,100 in Martensville and Warman. Each joint‐use site includes two schools: one public and one Catholic, along with a 90‐space childcare centre and community space. Joint-use schools were co-located so that they share a roof and spaces such as gymnasiums and multipurpose rooms.
