The Bird team performed work including repainting, installing wall coverings and replacing flooring, fixtures, handrails and millwork that were all completed to refresh the outdated residence. Bird also refurbished the common rooms, hallways, reception area, dining room and public washrooms. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under the client’s original budget.
