Situated at three different locations and ranging in size from 33,000 to 48,000 square feet, each single storey facility is wood frame construction.
The client's need for a compressed schedule called upon Bird's acute managerial skills where organization was paramount. The use of trades with proven abilities and long standing relationships with Bird ensured expeditious construction. Hoardings and other heating systems used throughout the winter months allowed the team to stay on schedule.
